Our Story

It is the mission of the Watertown Free Public Library to welcome and serve everyone. When library staff realized that many adult assistive programs were coming to the library but very rarely interacting with staff and library services, we developed the Library Insiders program as a way to invite these groups to engage with us.

Our pilot series with Beaverbrook STEP launched in fall of 2015.

This program was made possible with support from the Watertown Commission on Disability and the WFPL Building Committee.
