The WFPL offers a gathering place for any meeting or program that is free and open to the public. Please let us know if you have any special set-up needs, our library staff will be happy to assist you. You must submit a Meeting Room Reservation Form to reserve a room. The form can be filled out online or submitted in person or by fax at 617.926.4375. If you fill out our online form you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our administration office at 617.972.6434. Also see our Meeting Room Policy for important information regarding Meeting Room guidelines.

There are 3 rooms to choose from:
- The Watertown Savings Bank Meeting Room fits up to 200 and includes a pantry, sink and counter space for food preparation. It also includes a sound system with assistive listening devices, a projector and a pull-down screen. This room can also be divided into two smaller rooms: the East Room (Room 2) fits 75 and includes the pantry and sink and the West Room (Room 1) fits 125 and includes the projector, pull-down screen, sound system and assistive listening device.

Refreshments are allowed in all these locations. A food permit is required and must be obtained from the Health Dept.

If you have need of a quiet space, or a spot to work collaboratively, we have 3 small, private study rooms on the second floor available for your use. One of the rooms is equipped with a whiteboard. All 3 rooms comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Because demand for study rooms is high, we can only guarantee use of a study room if you book it in advance. Each person or party may reserve a room for up to 2 hours per day; if the room has not been reserved by another party, you may stay longer. Reservations for study rooms are accepted up to 4 weeks in advance. You may reserve a study room online, at the Reference desk on the 2nd floor, or over the phone at (617) 972-6436.
