Increase Resilience with Mindfulness

This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes. Presented by Live Well Watertown, a Watertown Health Department program. Taught by Stephanie Venizelos, Certified Wellness Practitioner and Community Wellness Program Manager for the Watertown Health Department. Registration is required, and you will be signing up to attend all four sessions.
Participants are asked to refrain from wearing strong perfumes so people with allergies and chemical sensitivities can comfortably participate.
