Start your week off right!
This 5-week meditation course invites participants to engage in a loving community where they’ll cultivate a sense of inner peace and
calmness. With the current pandemic leading to more isolation and stress, it is natural to feel distant from the world, and even from ourselves. Meditation enables us to safely go within to find solace - quieting the noise of the outside world, while fostering an inner dialog. Students of all levels are welcome - no previous experience is necessary.
