Increase Resilience with Mindfulness

*Please note: If you register for this class, you are committing to attend all four Wednesday classes: May 9, 16, 23, and 30. This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes. Presented by Live Well Watertown, a Watertown Health Department program. Taught by Stephanie Venizelos, Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Community Wellness Program Manager for the Watertown Health Department.
